Frederic Malter is Head of Operations at the SHARE study where he is – among other things – responsible for designing and enforcing the internationally harmonized project schedule and overseeing the production of all survey tools, including the CAPI. He graduated from the University of Mannheim, Germany, with a Master Degree in Experimental Social Psychology, and holds a PhD in quantitative psychology awarded by the University of Mannheim in 2009. Frederic spent five years at the University of Arizona, Tucson, where he worked as research scientist in program evaluation of large-scale health interventions and gathered extensive experience in analyzing large-scale surveys
